The Human Resources Manager serves in a generalist capacity and is responsible for the talent component of the department by supporting all functions associated with attracting, motivating, and retaining the most qualified talent.

This newly created position is the third HR team member that supports the organization nationwide. We strive to be the best in the business and seek candidates who strive to be the best at what they do.

• Liaison to Agency for Field Sourcing
• Corporate Onboarding
• Job Description Development
• Job Requisitions & Postings
• State Job Boards Administrator
• UltiPro Onboarding & Recruiting Administrator
• Stay & Exit Interviews
• Leaves of Absence Administration
• Turnover Tracking & Reporting
• Anti-Drug & Alcohol Misuse Program Administrator
• Other duties as necessary

Secondary Responsibilities
• Employee Relations & Investigations
• Training
• Open Enrollment Administration
• Legal Research
• Talent Architecture & Succession Planning
• Unemployment Administration
• Performance Management Administration

Basic Qualifications

Physical Requirements
• Ability to see and hear clearly
• Ability to read, comprehend, and speak English clearly
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
• Ability to operate computer and type effectively
• Ability to write legibly
• Ability to regularly lift/move up to 10 pounds

Other Requirements
• Must possess a valid US driver’s license
• Ability to pass drug screen
• Ability to travel up to 25% nationally

Experience
• 7+ years experience serving in a generalist role
• 5+ recent years in recruiting
• Practical admin experience with UltiPro highly preferred

Education
• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelor degree preferred

Preferred Licenses & Certifications
• Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) preferred
• Senior/Professional Human Resources (SPHR/SHRM-SCP) preferred
