The Controller is responsible for the oversight and accuracy of the Company's financial records, processes, and systems while ensuring departmental collaboration.
Primary Responsibilities
Preparing GAAP financial reports and analysis and overseeing financial audits
Planning, developing, implementing, maintaining, integrating financial processes and facilitating the associated training
Overseeing all Federal and State tax submissions
Enforcing policies and procedures including safety, quality, and security programs
Identifying, evaluating, implementing, and ensuring compliance with all mandates
Maintaining all respective manuals ensuring corrective actions are implemented
Supervising Accounting staff
Other duties as assigned

Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Certified Public Account highly preferred
