Renders a variety of customer services to aircraft passengers and crews. Responsible for cultivating and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers to ensure the carriers' success; handles all aspects of ticketing and checking in of customers; handles cash and credit card transactions; completes paperwork connected with work assignments; resolves customer complaints; must adhere to company's culture by following all company guidelines with regard to safety, security and compliance.
