Job Description

Responsible for accounts receivable and customer billing, applying customer payments and billing customers in both a timely and accurate manner, researching and solving issues with customer billing and payments, while working closely with division managers. Responsible for shipping and receiving for Airline and General Aviation customers, ordering and inventory of parts and researching and solving inventory issues. Assisting Line Department with wing walking, charters and other Line duties as needed; good computer and ten-key experience and oral and written communication skills required.

Preferred: Prefer a candidate that is a team player, that is detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, dependable and capable of accomplishing tasks without direct supervision.

Preferred: Prefer a candidate with a minimum of 1 year of accounts receivable and/or billing experience or formal accounting training.

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
