Job Description

Supply & Logistics Coordinators work with team members to provide fuel logistics support to customers and team members.

Primary Responsibilities
Cultivating strong carrier relations through communication channels such as email and telephone
Answering calls and processing fuel orders
Scheduling, dispatching, and coordinating fuel orders and deliveries through transportation providers
Verifying deliveries and troubleshoot when needed; completing incident reports as necessary
Searching through and updating database to reflect daily activity and rates
Understanding and negotiating costs associated with freight
Working closely with all team members to ensure customer needs are met
Other duties as assigned
