Fuel Supply and Logistics Coordinator - Dallas, TX

Job Description

Supply & Logistics Coordinators work with team members to provide fuel logistics support to customers and team members.

Primary Responsibilities
• Cultivating strong carrier relations through communication channels such as email and telephone
• Answering calls and processing fuel orders
• Scheduling, dispatching, and coordinating fuel orders and deliveries through transportation providers
• Verifying deliveries and troubleshoot when needed; completing incident reports as necessary
• Searching through and updating database to reflect daily activity and rates
• Understanding and negotiating costs associated with freight
• Working closely with all team members to ensure customer needs are met
• Other duties as assigned
